Full Time preferred, will consider part time.

Starting Pay: $20/hr plus weekly incentive

We are looking for a tire and lube technician who enjoys the peace of working independently. Applicants will need to be able to work effectively with limited direct supervision and will be held accountable to getting assigned work completed.

Applicants should expect to spend their day working through oil changes, tire repairs, tire installations, and minor repairs. Vehicles will be lined up in a reserved section for vehicles that need repair. Our technicians go through the rows daily and complete the necessary repairs for vehicles to be returned to service, or decide to send the vehicle to another location for services that we can not complete.

Expect to have a brief in person training period to familiarize yourself with the processes and procedures before shifting to independent work that will involve occasional check ins and course corrections from the managment team.

Salary Range: $42k - 52k

We are looking for an Assistant Manager at the Tire Doctor in Cornelius. An ideal applicant will have customer service and sales experience, and familiarity with automotive repair and maintenance.

Availability to work every Saturday is required.

Ability to speak spanish would be a nice bonus.

Applicants should expect to spend their day talking to customers and helping them make informed decisions about their vehicle repairs. The most critical piece of the job is making sure customers leave happy. We ensure customer satisfaction by managing customer expectations and communicating with customers throughout their service experience. It is our job to help them get back on the road as fast as we can and turn their unexpected detour to our shop into a pleasant experience.
